Post 568 is home to our local American service men and women who offered their services to our country. We offer American Legion memberships to Americans who are active or were formerly in a branch and would like to be a member. Post 568 also has a Sons of American Legion squadron as well as a Legion Auxiliary chapter. The facility is located on the corner of Sangamon Ave and 9th Street in the dow

ntown district of Gibson City. Our facility is split in half with a bar side and banquet hall side with newly renovated kitchen. The banquet hall is open to rent except during December when it is occupied for annual holiday gift basket drive. We have 4 televisions, digital jukebox and 5 state of IL licensed gaming machines. We offer a selection of standard domestic American beers, mostly canned and a nice selection of liquors. At times, we do offer entertainment in the banquet halls like bands...and we are usually open to host other forms of entertainment with approval. Stop in sometime and remember our service men and women currently active, retired or deceased.
