One of the most underrated drinks in my opinion. The Tom Collins is a classic, refreshing summer drink. "Lemonade for grown folks.."
**my spec**
1oz fresh lemon juice
1oz rich (2 to 1) syrup
2oz Aviation Gin
Shake the devil out of it, strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass and top with Topo Chico.
Give it a go and enjoy!
