Just wanted to thank everyone for their business over the years, the wedding venue will continue with new owner, check out The Village Events for more details. Not sure of other plans but they are doing a great job from what I’ve seen so far. All three lots are sold and a couple interested parties in the farm ground so my trips to gibbon are very limited. Thanks again for your patronage.

Priced at $499k, also a 3 acre lot on south side of house is listed at $50k. Building will sell by Aug or I’m putting on an auction. A lot of things will be put on an online auction too so people can get a piece of the George Spencer history.

Looks like after over a year of being locked out of my pages I might have control over them again.

We aren’t booking anything new until a direction has been figured out with the sale of the property. I do want to thank all our loyal fans over the years and hope we find the right buyer. Please contact Heath Smallcomb with Remax for any details or to set up a showing.

So sorry everyone, we will only be open for private parties that are already booked in 2022, see you in 2023. Already booking bands so we have at least 2 every month from may to September and 1 in October and November.
