I'm just practicing the food & wine pairing for the Brad & Jim show - LIVE! Blackened Grilled Salmon with Asparagus salad, paired perfectly with my Sauvignon Musqué and my brand-new 2022 Russian River Pinot Noir.
If you'd like to taste these new wines first, get your reservations now... there are a few seats left! I also threw in a dessert pic, and while we won't be serving that for the show on Saturday, if you are thinking desserts right now, peaches are finally ripe!
