Every time I make a batch of Black Mingo Brand Bar B Que sauce, I think of my Old Friends David Gallup, Paul McCants, Travis Donahue and Tootsie Watkins. I remember many great times together getting ready to cook pig, ribs and chickens. The sauce’s aroma reminds me of them and the good times we had making great BBQ sauce.
