In 2015, one of our Owners Tomas and his son Joseph and his wife Marilla took a trip to Sicily. It was their first time traveling to the birthplace of Tomas's grandmother and grandfather (on his mother's side). During the trip they visited Palermo, Agrigento, Siracuse, Taormina, and his grandmother's birthplace of Locadi (south of Messina). They fell in love with Sicily and wanted to share that e

xperience with family and friends here in Geneva! In addition to the food and wine of Sicily, you'll enjoy panoramic views of the cities, countryside, and point in interest in Sicily.

Tonight, Halloween night, Bella’s Seneca Lake Steakhouse will be spookily closed so our hardworking team can trade aprons for costumes, ladles for candy bags, and spend a frightfully fun evening with their families.

We’ll be back to our regular hours tomorrow (11/1) at 4:30 p.m., and look forward to seeing you all!

Bella’s Story

In 2015, our owner Tomas took a trip to Sicily with his children, it was the first time traveling to the birthplace of his grandparents. During the trip they visited Palermo, Agrigento, Siracuse, Taormina, and his grandmother's birthplace of Locadi (south of Messina). They fell in love with Sicily and wanted to share that experience with family and friends here in Geneva and the Finger Lakes area. On Mothers Day in 2018, Bella’s Sicilian opened with Richard Austin, Tomas Gonzalez, and Mike Kerr taking on ownership of the restaurant. Since then, we have entertained patrons from all over the world. We take pride in making sure our quality comes far ahead of quantity.
