Hey everybody, I wanted to give you a Parker's update. As you know I've been working my way towards retirement, first by selling Parker's in Seneca Falls to a great guy named Jimmy Hendrickson, and the Auburn Parker's to an awesome woman named Michaela Nicpon. They're both doing a wonderful job of bringing Parker's forward into a new dining age with some fresh ideas and whole lot of energy!
And now I'm turning over Parker's in Geneva and Halsey's, this time to a long time restaurant owner who will no doubt have some equally great ideas and a fresh look for my original location.
I want to thank everyone that has been involved with making Geneva the starting point for what has become a Finger Lakes dining staple for almost 30 years. From the original crew, to those long term folks that have been there through all of the ups and downs of business, I owe it all to you.
And to my customers. You've been the best group of folks a guy could ever have the pleasure of serving. Thank you for years of gracing my front doors!
And on that note, please please please bring in those gift cards! Our last day is going to be September 22nd, but if you can't make it in by then, rest assured those cards are still good at my Penn Yan and Newark Parker's locations.
