We’re looking for a creative, high-energy marketing pro to help grow one of Northern Michigan’s most badass BBQ brands!
About the Role:
• Full-time, in-house position (Ga***rd / Old 27 South)
• Competitive pay based on experience + performance bonuses
• Be the voice and visual powerhouse behind Iron Pig Smokehouse, Prohibitioned, Ga***rd Gold Bourbon, and our growing merch line
What You’ll Do:
• Create scroll-stopping content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more (Reels, stories, photos, videos)
• Build and execute daily/weekly social media calendars and marketing campaigns
• Promote events at our lakeside pavilion (Lakeside Ribs & Riffs, grad parties, weddings, music series, golf outings, etc.)
• Drive traffic to both locations, online ordering, and ironpigmerch.com
• Capture mouth-watering BBQ, behind-the-scenes, and freedom-themed content
• Help with email marketing, website updates, flyers, ads, and merch drops
• Work directly with Ian to keep our bold, no-BS, liberty-loving brand voice alive

Who We’re Looking For:
• Passionate about social media and digital marketing
• Strong skills in content creation, photography/videography, and Canva or Adobe Suite
• Experience growing restaurant or local business accounts a huge plus
• Energetic self-starter who loves BBQ, Northern Michigan, and standing for something
• Bonus: Video editing, TikTok trends, and a sense of humor

What the job includes:
• Full-time position
• $18–20 per hour (depending on experience)
• Year-round outside maintenance — grounds, buildings, equipment, snow removal & more
• Setup & teardown for special events at our lakeside pavilion (weddings, grad parties, Lakeside Ribs & Riffs music series, corporate events, festivals, etc.)
• Basic construction/handyman skills (repairs, small builds, general fixes)
You’ll help keep both our Ga***rd and Old 27 South locations looking sharp and operating smoothly in a fast-paced, fun BBQ environment.
Who we’re looking for:
• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in all Michigan seasons
• Takes pride in their work and loves keeping things running right
