Dinner menu (not including hor d'oeuvres & dessert): skirt steak with chimichuri sauce, whole roasted chicken with mojo sauce, orecchiette with roasted mushroom, toasted walnuts, lemon zest, garlic & parsley, & braised boneless short rib with caramelized onions & brown ale. .... Did I mention I'm a vegetarian? Not.
