These winter and spring storms have impacted blood donations drastically… 🩸
Who doesn’t love an 🐰 Easter egg hunt and helping to save lives!
Plenty of time to do both on Saturday!!

Hello my dear friends… today seemed like a good time to stop in to say hello, I have not forgotten you by any means (retirement has not been quiet that’s for sure) and to let you know how very much I think of you all especially on this first Friday of Lent!
Although I miss you and all the connections that occurred on these crazy Friday nights… I do not miss the anxiety that the photos below and this season of Fridays has historically created for me and the entire crew!! 🤣🤣🤣
I won’t miss the angst, tears, chaos, and yes the fight or two that would have been inevitable between 4 o’clock and 9 o’clock tonight, I won’t miss the clean up but I will deeply miss the end of the night when we all took a deep breath, laughed about it, relaxed and spent a few minutes enjoying each others company!
So tonight wherever you go… be kind! Because until you’ve experienced it you have no idea how truly stressful these days are on restaurants employees… Fridays during lent (especially the first one) were some of the hardest days of my life!!
The joke was never bring up the “L” word in front of Leann 🤣.
Hope you all enjoy this blessed season and I am looking forward to better and warmer days!

Sometimes life is hard but today reminds me that no matter what happens life is also filled with blessings and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to tell you all what a blessing you have been to me!
