On Wednesday, September 23, The Bellows is bringing together three things that pair remarkably well: great Scotch, fresh oysters, and premium ci**rs.

Join us for Scotch, Oysters & Ci**rs: A Bruichladdich Pairing Night — a guided evening featuring Bruichladdich Scotch, freshly shucked oysters from The Shucker’s Union, and ci**rs from La Gianna and Ash & Anvil.

We’re celebrating 4 years of Ash & Anvil, and we’ve got a hell of a night planned.

IMPORTANT SCHEDULE UPDATE:
The Justin White Band will be playing from 7–9 PM. If you saw one of our earlier posts showing 7–10, please note the updated time. Come early so you don’t miss them!

The party starts at 6 PM with:

• Espinosa Josh in the house slinging deals
• Espinosa Head Blender Héctor Alfonso hanging out with us
• A very limited number of our 4th Anniversary Espinosa Murciélagos with the exclusive Ash & Anvil anniversary foot band
• The Melt Truck serving dinner starting at 6 PM
• Justin White Band live from 7–9 PM

One other heads-up for the night: The Bellows will close to the public at 10:30 PM for a private event beginning at 11.

That doesn’t mean the anniversary party is over. Ash & Anvil and The Forge will both remain open until midnight.

Four years of ci**rs, drinks, music, and a whole lot of great people who have supported us along the way.

If you’ve been around Ash & Anvil for a while, there’s a pretty good chance you’ve seen these guys play.

The Justin White Band has become a shop favorite and, more importantly, they’ve become great friends of ours.

So when it came time to celebrate four years, there really wasn’t anyone else we wanted playing Saturday night.

They’ll be taking the stage from 7–10 PM, and if you’ve seen them here before, you already know what to expect.

Loud country music and one hell of a good time.

One of the things we’re most excited about for our 4th Anniversary this Saturday is having Espinosa here to celebrate with us.

Ash & Anvil is an official Espinosa Branded Lounge, and we’ve got some pretty special stuff happening Saturday.

Espinosa Josh will be here slinging deals throughout the event, and Espinosa Head Blender Héctor Alfonso will be hanging out with us, meeting everyone and talking ci**rs.

We’ll also have a very limited number of Espinosa Murciélagos with our exclusive Ash & Anvil 4th Anniversary foot band.

If you’ve been around the shop for a while, you know how much Espinosa has been a part of what we do. Having Josh and Héctor here to celebrate four years with us is going to be a good time.

And that’s only part of what we have planned for Saturday.
