Brewery Taproom: We are an adult drinking establishment; children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Food on-site provided by Joker's BBQ food truck Wednesday thru Saturday with rotating food trucks on Sundays. Our second location, Beer Bar, is OPEN 7 days a week at 1022 W Main St. The Downtown Beer Bar is a 21 and older establishment. If you like your beer a little more on the classic side, fear not. Our traditional barrel-aged beers and high-quality IPAs are as Old World as it gets. And right now, our 100+ oak barrels are aging limited-batch sours, Brettanomyces-forward funky beers, Bourbon barrel stouts, barley wines, and more. Our brutish brewers also craft kettle sours, hazy IPAs, West Coast IPAs, Belgian ales, and dark and malty styles. On any given day (especially Thor’s days), you’ll find creations that will have you rethinking what a brewery can do. Experimental styles like our Ice Cream Ales, cocktail-inspired beers, and Candy Gose series are anything but primitive. Most of our beers are available only at our two taprooms, so stop in if you want to taste what happens when Barbarians take over the taps.

Fresh batches of Oktoberfest and Festbier are now on draft and available in cans to-go! Lagered for 8 weeks in our horizontal l***r tanks, these two b**rs are malty, crisp and perfect for the fall weather fast approaching.

Our commemorative Oktoberfest 2026 mugs will be available for purchase at our 2-Day Oktoberfest party on September, 25th & 26th. No tickets or cover charge. Mugs will be first come, first serve starting that Friday at 5pm.

Tropical mango, diesel, soft citrus, balanced bitter/sweet ratio.

With fuel prices hitting staggering heights, the operation of any aquatic vessel seems like an almost comical extravagance. It’s
undoubtedly better to stick with b**r.
Yacht Knot, it turns out.
Brewed in collaboration with Barbarian and Fort George, it’s a luxuriously fruity New Zealand Style IPA with room for your golf clubs and a built-in helipad (matching seaplane not included).
Tropical mango, diesel, soft citrus, balanced bitter/sweet ratio.

Hops: Motueka, Riwaka, Cascade,
Nectaron Cryo
Malts: Rahr To Thee, 2-Row, Briess
Flaked Rice, Weyermann Acidulated
ABV: 6.5%

OUGHT NOT- New Zealand Style IPA brewed at Barbarian will release next Thursday, September 3rd. Same exact recipe, except we used Peacharine hops instead of Nectaron Cryo.

Hazy IPA with Mosaic, Motueka and Nelson hops and Tropics Booster. Tropics Booster is a plant‑based extract developed by Berkeley Yeast to enhance tropical fruit flavors in b**r made with their TROPICS™ yeast strains. It’s designed to amplify notes of guava, passionfruit, and grapefruit, giving b**rs a more intense, “tropical fruit nirvana” profile. This is a new Mo’ Hops recipe because we can’t get Moutere hops anymore.
