The PRIG was drunken founded on Labor Day, September 7, 2015, at Drunken Monkeyz in Galveston, TX. All government offices were drunkenly created, and all officials were drunkenly appointed. Officials serve life terms unless they resign, move away, or go to rehab. Our goal is to keep all citizens informed of all bar and drinking activies and events in Galveston.
