This photo was shot for a photo shoot for me to get on food network. It is basic corn casserole on top of my Oaxacan Mole. This mole is 22 ingredients of deliciousness and will be served up with chicken and chimi rice as Wednesday’s meal. Dessert is chocolate mousse + fresh whipped cream. You can get your little lips on it by ordering online at www.chefmarybass.com.

Thursday’s meal is Pork Carnitas with Borracho Beans and tortillas. Dessert is Tiramisu.

Friday’s Meal is roasted 5 spice chicken thighs + half sweet potato 🍠 + brown sugar Dijon Brussels. Dessert is Banana Butterscotch Cake.
