315 23rd street is the new Meilleur modern loft-style apartments. This building has been vacant for years. The building was last the Garza’s Kon Tiki nightclub. It’s beautiful now.

The Meilleur has a loft style studio with balcony, one bedroom loft, ( 2 ) two bedroom units, one bedroom unit, large studio, and a modern urban loft. They were tastefully done and look great. This is another building of many saved and repurposed.
