For those unaware, it's our take on a Cuban sandwich; house made Carnitas, Cherrywood smoked Ham, melted Swiss Cheese, Yellow Mustard and our house made Pickles pressed together inside a toasted Hoagie Roll. Inspired by a Noodle dish recipe included in Tuggs' "Ultimate Cookbook" that he learned of from the Nighsisters on the planet of Dathomir, where the fog is dense and the Rancors run rampant. (It's a Star Wars burger!)
