Team TWes, Paul Angelette, and Wilfred Guidry took the first Wednesday Scramble of the season by storm, firing a blistering 5-under par to claim the victory.

The Wheel of Foretune once again survived the night, rolling over and growing even larger. The jackpot has now reached an all-time high, making next week’s drawing even more exciting.

Congratulations to South Lafourche’s own Christopher “Buddy” Fonseca. He’ll be heading to Pearl River Community College to continue both his academic and golf career.

Buddy’s hard work, dedication, and countless hours on the course have paid off, and the Tarpon family couldn’t be more proud. This now marks two consecutive years that South Lafourche will have a golfer represented at the collegiate level — a huge statement for the growth of our program and the future of Tarpon golf.

From day one, Buddy has represented South Lafourche with class, toughness, and competitiveness. We can’t wait to watch what’s next for him at the next level.

The standard continues to rise.
