"Grist of a blend of the finest imported Moravian grown barley that’s double decocted and multi stepped mash regimen to stay firmly in line with tradition in a way that few locally can. Hand selected Saaz hops picked to promote more notes of lemon candy and a nice floral balance. Fermented intentionally and lagered for many weeks."
