We are the largest wine club in the state of Virginia, USA, and possibility the largest on the eastern coast of the US. We have 85+ active members who travel to many wine producing areas of the world and the United States on tours and purchase wines of the world for personal consumption. We live in an upscale gated golf and country club community focused on people over 55, who comprise more than 85% of the total community population of 3800. just of of I-66 West .

INVITATION TO JOIN! The Heritage Hunt Wine Chapter The Heritage Hunt Chapter is open to all wine enthusiasts, be they professional or amateur - from the person who has a fully stocked wine bar to the individual who simply enjoys an occasional glass or two. And one need not live in our community to be a member. Our annual membership fee is $20/couple and $15/single. For $20 per person, our monthly wine tastings provide a sampling of Virginia, US and International wines and snacks with a guest speaker who enhances our knowledge of wine and wine-making. American Wine Society Since its inception, the Heritage Hunt Chapter has been a member of the American Wine Society (AWS). The AWS is a national non-profit consumer organization devoted to educating people on all aspects of wine. Its members include wine novices experts, grape growers, chefs, - anyone and everyone who wants to learn more about the appreciation of wine and gastronomy. Questions about the HH Wine Chapter When and where does the HH Chapter have its tastings? The chapter holds wine tastings at the Heritage Hunt Clubhouse in Gainesville, Virginia on the third Monday of every month. Is there a fee to attend a tasting? Yes, because of the expense of the wine, a nominal fee is required to attend a tasting. Currently, it's about $20 per person. This includes the tasting of several wines plus snacks. Is a reservation necessary? Yes, in order to anticipate our wine needs, its important to make a reservation no later than the Friday before the tasting. Informationm for reservations can be found at the www.HHWCAWS.org Can anyone attend a HH Wine Tasting? Yes, our membership includes people from various communities in the Northern Virginia area. However, after attending three tastings, one must join the American Wine Society. Joining the HH Wine Chapter is easy. The Membership Chair is Joey Wagner and infomation is available at www.HHWCAWS.org Simply fill out the form for Membership Application and return to the Membership Chair or bring it to an upcoming tasting. Savor not only the wine but also the comradery we share during these monthly get-togethers.
