Some folks have started asking and the answer is YES! We're "doing the hot dog thing" again this year!

A couple of important points for this years menu:

Yes, it is exactly the same as last year.
I tried to change it up each year and do new stuff, but it gets pretty difficult after a while and even more so when some of the dogs start to get more and more popular.
Plus last year was the busiest and most fun year we all had, so we're just gonna run it back.

Also, every year I make the poster and every year I use that years stadium as the back ground for the poster. Maybe you noticed, maybe you didn't, but it's a detail I account for. And, as most of you know, I am an Atlanta Braves fan which means I don't love that the game is in Philly this year. But just in case, I used an image of Citizens Bank Park after the Phils had been beaten by The Braves.

Weekend specials!

"What's a cap steak?"

There are two distinct muscles on a ribeye- there is the eye (Longissimus Dorsi) and the cap (Spinalis Dorsi). So for this weekends specials, the two pieces got pulled apart and made into two different things.

For the Cap Steak, the cap gets rolled up really tight, then cut into steaks, grilled and topped with really fresh chimichurri and fries.

For the sandwich, the eye went into a sous vide bath for 4 hours at 120 degrees and then hard seared it so it was easier to slice.

And proscuitto!
No cured meats left behind!
