Dallas families, come spend a beautiful afternoon with us nurturing our little ones through sound, movement, breathwork, and mindfulness!

We’re creating a sweet space for our babies and children to relax, explore, and learn little ways to care for their minds and bodies. A little nourishment for their growing souls, wrapped in love, peace, and community.
