Two Fresno zip codes—and two different August market stories. 🏡
In 93711, pending sales jumped even as homes took longer to sell.
In 93720, buyers had considerably more homes to choose from, while closings slowed compared to July.

One thing both areas shared: homes sold at an average of 99% of list price, showing that proper pricing still matters.
