Below you will find the standard pricing for bartending services and provisions. BARTENDING SERVICE FEES:
We charge $400.00 for one bartender for up to four (4) hours, and then $30.00 per hour for each additional hour beyond four (4) hours; and normally $30.00 per hour for each additional bartender needed. I will typically have one bartender for 75-100 people. We require at least an upfront $50.0
0 deposit to hold and confirm the date and time for your event. BAR PROVISIONS:
I will provide all of the necessary bar utensils, straws, beverage napkins, American style, ball lock keg tappers etc. at no extra cost. We have bartending tables if one is needed as well. Given you would be getting your beer/liquor through us, we would also provide the pop/mixers for the mixed drinks, plastic cups, garnishes and ice. Outside of the drinks used as mixers for the alcohol, I do not provide non-alcoholic drinks, such as the canned pop, lemonade, tea, water, coffee. I can provide these upon request, however, I do suggest buying these drinks on your own, as they will be less expensive for you going that route. We will also have the proper liquor catering permit posted and verification of insurance coverage. All bartenders are properly licensed. BEER/LIQUOR PRICING:
Kegs will run starting at approximately $280.00 per keg for most domestic beers. As far as kegs are concerned, a standard keg contains 15.5 gal. and the following servings:
12 oz. Case Equivalent = 6.8 Cases
12 oz./can or bottle Servings= 165
16 oz./pint servings= 124
You also have the option of having bottled beer available, if you feel that will be necessary on top of or instead of the kegs. Most domestic cases will start at $72.00 per case, but I would again be able to get specific pricing when brands are decided. If you are doing a cash bar bottles will be around $4.00-$5.00 per bottle for guests. LIQUOR PRICING:
LIQUOR
Starting $6.00 (Examples: Tito’s, Captain Morgan, Bacardi, Tanqueray, Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, Crown Royal, Jose, etc.) for basic cocktails. Specific alcohol brands can also be available depending on your preference, and specialty drink prices will vary from above, depending on what is decided and alcohol needed for the drink. WINE
House Wines - approximately $15-$20/Bottle
Glass – $5.00
Specialty Wines upon request
The above pricing reflects what your event guests would be paying per drink for the cash bar option. Should there be an open bar, we would simply keep a drink count and run a total for you at the end. There is also the option of doing a partially open bar and permit your guests a certain amount of drinks, by drink tickets for example, and then move to a standard cash bar. An additional mileage fee will be charged for events outside of Steuben County, Indiana. Since each event is unique, our rates can vary from event to event. No minimum amount of hours required per event. Gratuity is not included in our rates and is left up to the discretion and satisfaction of YOU. You may allow the bartender to utilize a tip jar and/or a cash gratuity may be given directly to the bartender at the end of the event. Increased rates for events held on holidays. We are licensed and certified and will have all required permits posted for each event.
