To our Fremont community and loyal friends,

We want to be completely open with you. Lately, business at our Fremont location has been tough, and we are at a crossroads where we are seriously considering closing our doors here. Before we make any final decisions, we want to hear directly from you.

First and foremost, thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who has supported us, shared a meal with us, and become part of our extended family. Your loyalty means everything to us.

For those of you who haven't been in for a while—or if there's something we could be doing better—we want to know. What can we do to win you back?

We are looking at some big changes to better fit your needs and busy lives. Moving forward, we are working on:

✨ Curbside Pickup: Getting your favorites without having to leave your car.
✨ A New Drive-Thru for Online and Call-in Order Pickup: We are considering transitioning our patio space for the fall and winter months to open up a convenient drive-thru for quick order pickups.
✨A Fast Light Lunch Menu: Perfect for anyone on a tight schedule who wants a great meal at an affordable price.

We love this community and want to make this work, but we need your feedback and your business to keep our lights on. Drop a comment below, send us a message, or stop in and talk to us. We’re listening.

Thank you for standing by us,
— The Team at Black Label Bar & Grill (Fremont)
