That’s a fact, and it’s one Steven Winter has realized ever since he began brewing small batches at home in his spare time. Here, we believe brewing should be simple, but not stagnant. We’re working hard to bring clean, traditional styles of European beer back to life -- and we’re having a lot of fun in the process. Our taproom and beer garden are community gathering places founded on passion, fun

, and shared local love. From seasonal special edition pours to year-round favorites, our brews are sure to make you smile.

It's garage sale day at the GBC Taproom!!
8am-2pm! plenty of treasures to be found from glassware to desk furniture. Bring your truck and strong backs if you plan on getting anything large. Oh, and there's free donuts for early birds! Cheers!

This Saturday May 9th 8am-2pm the tap room will be a host to its own garage sale of all sorts. Everything from glassware, signage, holiday decorations, to desks and shelving. Bring a truck and message this week if interested in whats still left!

WOW! We certainly could not have felt more love over our last weekend! Thank you truly to all who joined to celebrate and to all the love from afar. The brewery certainly survived 11 years because of such community support. We thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts, as we get to keep all of the memories and friendships built!

Sunday, bloody Sunday! It's our last Sunday afternoon for the GBC Taproom. The sun showed up for brews today and we're here 12-6PM. Next week will be the final hurrah with 3-9PM Wednesday, 3-9PM Thursday, 3-10PM Friday, and our FINAL DAY Saturday February 28th 12PM-until were finished. Loves and cheers!
