No matter how good you think you are as a leader, my goodness, the people around you will have all kinds of ideas for how you can get better. So for me, the most fundamental thing about leadership is to have the humility to continue to get feedback and to try to get better – because your job is to try to help everybody else get better.
Even though i am in this business 6 years now for the past 3 months it was my longest and hardest thing to get things in place
Yes we couldn't meet some customers expectations but we the management working on putting together better ways to help us succeed and fixing those issues hopefully you will give us a second try
For those who gives us the words of encouragement we highly appreciate you 🙏
For our returning clients we are happy to have you
My advice is that we should help build business not breaking them give more than one chances
