Naturalmente Bio Grillo is a dry, medium bodied white wine made from Grillo grapes, a varietal native to Sicily, Italy. With a nose of stone fruit, white flowers, field herbs and citrus, you’ll love the taste of apricot, melon and peach balanced with notes of salt and acidity.

Warm chocolate chunk and spicy pecan cookies pair perfectly with a glass of Teroldego or our Jean Colombo Provencial Rosè! Or pair it with a glass of milk! Our curated selection of wines from near and far will be available by the glass, letting you discover new favorites and savor timeless classics. Each wine station is arranged by flight so you can follow our recommendations or choose your own adventure for a 1 oz, 3 oz or 6 oz pour!

🍴 West Texas- Inspired Tapas Menu: soon, you’ll be able to experience small plates bursting with flavor, inspired by the heart of West Texas flavors. They’re perfect for sharing, pairing and indulging. (Gourmet Grilled Cheeses and desserts are on the menu as well!)

A porrón is a traditional glass wine pitcher originating from Catalonia, Spain. It has a narrow spout and a wide base, designed to pour wine in a thin, arcing stream directly into your mouth without touching the lips to the spout. This communal way of drinking is often a fun and social experience, commonly shared at gatherings and celebrations.

The design of the porrón allows for minimal contact, making it a hygienic way to share wine before modern glasses became widespread. It’s often used to serve red wine, white wine, or cava, but some also use it for sangria or other beverages. Drinking from a porrón takes a bit of skill, as the goal is to avoid spilling the wine while holding it at arm’s distance. Love it! Our traditional porron experience comes with the beautiful Balea Txakoli Rosé. $40 for bottle and $100 to purchase your own Porrón.
