It is with mixed emotions that we announce today the closure of The Standard Public House. After much consideration, we have chosen to pursue a new opportunity that will better serve our family in the long term. It has been a true pleasure serving this community, from our chefs’ table experiences at Ab Astris, to private dinners, collaborations, pop-ups, and now, as a local neighborhood pub. We hope we’ve set a high standard for quality and service, and that our legacy will inspire others to continue supporting the exceptional farmers, ranchers, and artisans in our corner of the country. We thank you for your support, and we look forward to serving you again in the future!
