There are special moments that happen on the 290 Wine trail. One happened last week when we got to visit Six Twist on a Friday afternoon. We stopped in to see what this place was like in person as we had heard from others that they loved it. First of all, the property was MADE for a champagne / bubbly tasting room. Parking was super easy. Walking in we are joyfully greeted by Andre and Aleida Taddei Elwell. We got started with some bubbly education and then the pouring of that French nectar.
We then headed to the country of Georgia and Spain and finished back in France. All premium pours. The glassware is also stunning.
We had a great visit. Being fans of the bubbly this is like heaven to us. Having Aleida and Andre taking care of us was just perfect. We look forward to many more visits and maybe a sabering!
