WE’RE HIRING AT AMENDMENT XVIII

Southern Living recently named our Franklin speakeasy one of The Coolest Speakeasies in the South. We’re growing our team and hiring craft bartenders, lead bartenders, servers, and hosts.

A18 is more than a bar. It’s a culture, a community, and a love letter to Franklin. The people behind the bar and on the floor are what make it feel the way it does, so we don’t rush this. Our whole team is willing to take the time to find the right people: people who fit who we are, not just the schedule.

We care about the craft: cocktails made with intention, attentive service, and guests who feel welcome from the moment they arrive. A beautiful drink matters. So does noticing the couple who just sat down, remembering a regular’s name and drink, and helping a teammate through a rush.

We’re looking for experienced people with a passion for hospitality and the craft. For our lead bartender role, we need a craft bartender ready to take on more: helping guide service, sharing what they know, and continuing to grow behind the bar.
