If their own staff not does not know the quality of the ingredients then more than likely the ingredients are frozen or pre-packaged, definitely not fresh! Here at Garcias, we get our vegetables delivered 3 times a week from Roby Gardens in Bardstown to ensure freshness. Our meat and seafood is also delivered locally every week from Critchfield's out of Lexington. So come to Garcia's and enjoy local, fresh food!

Update: we were able to find a temporary solution until we get a replacement piece here (praying for Tuesday!). Please considering coming in with cash for the mean time. Thank you to all those that have reached out and shown us so much grace today and the rest of the week.

Friends and family, unfortunately our systems are down and we are completely unable to even send orders or process any requests. We are on the phone with our processing company and with Frankfort plant board in hopes of getting everything up and running promptly. We apologize for any inconvenience.
