Part 2 of our South Shore project:

This beautiful South Shore home consisted of (6) bedrooms, (3) full + (1) 1/2 bathroom, a gorgeous basement area with a wet bar section, a (3) car garage with (2) electric vehicle charging ports, and a stunning living room with 20’+ ceilings.

It took a 400AMP meter to energize this home and if nature ever decided to intervene and cut-off power, a 26kW generator will keep 90% of the house fully energized.

Let me take you through the initial stage of our next big project (The "Blank Canvas" Stage). This project is slated to start next week and our team has been heavily involved with making sure our material count is accurate while highlighting the importance of coordination with our field team to ensure our employees do not engage in cross-purpose work. This is the MOST IMPORTANT part of the project. This is where we set expectations, organize our work, and establish our end goal.Are you as excited as we are?
