Here is your chance to help our charities and win some money.
Our pre tournament Ball drop is a fun game that is played before our tournament tees off. You buy numbered balls for $5 each. We roll all the balls across the green to the hole. The ball that is closest to the hole wins 1/2 the prize money the other half goes to our charity. So buy now and the more balls you buy the better chance you have to win.

Woodys Family Charities Cup. Then it’s time to pay for your entries. Below we have listed some different ways to pay or donate if you like.
If you are first time teams waiting to hear if you got in we will be reaching out to you soon. As we always let returning players and teams the opportunity to play again.
Our after golf Fajita Lunch and charity party will be held at Rabbit Hole Pub this year. We would like to thank them for allowing us to share their space.
You are all invited to the Fajita Lunch at Rabbit Hole Pub. It should start getting going around 12:30-1pm and go for a few hours featuring the awards, silent auction and raffle.
If you want to enjoy the Fajita lunch we ask that you donate to help out.

Hello Woody’s family! We are currently working on our charity golf tournament The Woodys Family Charities Cup that is April 20th at Pecan Valley with post tourney BBQ, silent auction and raffle after at Rabbit Hole Pub. We would really like to thank Rabbit hole for letting us share their space that day. Even if you don’t play golf come out and help support a great charity Cancer Care Services. Hope to see all of you there.
We are also searching for our next location and have a few places we are currently looking at. We will let all of you know as soon as we have more info. We miss all of you and hope to give our family a new place to get together soon.
