Junk Ditch Brewing Company is a casual, refined family dining experience at the old Korte Paper Co. Our name comes from a tributary of the St. Marys River that runs behind our space, and our philosophy is “Everything from scratch.”

When we founded the Affine Food Truck in 2012, we wanted to invest in three things: our city, our craft, and our customers. Today, our restaurant and brewery contribut

e to the redevelopment of our city. We challenge ourselves to create innovative dishes every season with fresh, local ingredients from farmers we trust. And we strive to introduce our region to different styles of food and new varieties of craft beer in a place they feel comfortable. Because, at the end of the day, it’s not about us. It’s about the people we serve who keep coming back — who inspired us to take our vision from a food truck to a restaurant and a brewery, and encourage us to keep going. We are honored to serve you.

Today is the last Pizza Friday lunch service for JDBC! Reservations are filling up, but you can always grab a carry out order or a seat at the bar top.

Aleena & Sam will be holding it down out front while CJ & Ryan crank out deliciousness from the kitchen. Come eat, drink and tip fat(did you know you can tip the kitchen crew too?!)!

The entire JDBC staff has been working so hard these past few weeks to keep your bellies full and hearts warm. We’re so proud of them, and have been incredibly blessed by all the awesome humans who chose to be a part of our team.

If you can’t make it tomorrow, our very last brunch service will be on Saturday, November 23rd. Again, there’s only a handful of tables available so plan accordingly.

Our bake team is bringing back this fan favorite Chocolate Cream Pie for the last week of service. Why are we telling you now??? We wanted to give anyone interested the opportunity to preorder their own diner pie.
•
Starting Wednesday, Nov 20th, the Diner Pie will be on the menu by the slice, available for preorder for carry out, or to add onto your reservation as a dessert for the table. Whole pies are $60 plus tax and service fee. All preorders must be placed by 10:00pm on Tuesday, November 19th.
