Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dish station. Wash dishes and restock line as needed, quickly and efficiently. Be able to meet the kitchens needs during peak service hours. Upkeep of prep line and restrooms. Sweeping, mopping and trash duties during and at end of shift.
