Although we're all about the STEAKS at Doe's, we offer other delectable menu selections as well.

This is our Chef's Salad.

In the foreground are all the ingredients we provide for the salad...frizzled onions, bacon, egg, blue cheese, cucumber, and tomato. In the background is a generous bed of spring mix and your choice of protein, if any. Protein choices are sirloin (pictured), filet, chicken (broiled or fried), shrimp (broiled or fried), or salmon.

We open the doors at 5 Tuesday-Saturday and would love for you to come and see what the Doe's experience is all about!

As we always say..."you just never know who's going to come through the door here at Doe's". Last night we had another wonderful and unexpected surprise when a direct descendant of Joseph Knoble, our building's namesake, paid us a visit.

Pictured here with our manager is Debi Wallace Gardner. She is the 4X great-granddaughter of Joseph Knoble. Debi grew up out in southern California and heard stories all her life about how her ancestor had immigrated from Germany in the 1840's and settled in Western Arkansas. She had heard about how he built a stone brewery on the border of Indian Territory and the lager beer that he made. All her life she heard the stories, last night she was able to see it with her own eyes. She was able to touch the stones her ancestor laid. She was able to marvel at his masonry work. She was able to stand in the same room he had brewed beer in 175 years ago when he was the first brewery in the state of Arkansas.

Thank you Debi for coming in and providing us all with such a wonderful time!!! It will be an experience never forgotten.

Moms are special because they possess the magical ability to heal with a hug, guide with a look, and strengthen with their belief. They are the quiet force behind a child's confidence and the unwavering support system that never falters. We have several moms on staff here at Doe's and see first-hand how hard they work and sacrifice for their children and loved ones. We are very thankful for all they do.

It'll be another busy night on the books tonight with many, many mothers coming to enjoy a wonderful meal and fellowship with their loved ones. We look forward to seeing each and every one of you tonight 💛

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Spears family. Judge Spears was a GREAT man and loved this city and community! In addition to his time serving as a judge, his devotion to preservation of this area’s history and his work with the U.S. Marshals Museum will forever be part of his immense legacy! Judge Spears will indeed be missed.
