It is with somber tidings that I announce the passing of my brother, Chef Adam, and the permanent closing of his restaurant, the S&S Café and Wine Bar.
While he hoped to resume his culinary calling serving the community of his hometown, he ultimately succumbed to the complications of a recent surgery.
It was obvious that his efforts were of his immense pleasure, and he was humbled and honored to provide an upscale dining experience for the patrons in his community.
I would like to extend my appreciation for all who frequented his establishment, and know that your appreciation of his efforts brought him joy and contentment.
