A lot of people ask how I came up with the name Crow on the Fence. Well to put it simply, It was inspired by a real friendship I made with our neighborhood crows. Every day, over time I would feed the crows treats, talk to them, building a routine. They were always perched on the fence waiting for me to get home, and would eagerly fly to their feeder that I made, as I pulled in the driveway.
As someone who loves to bake treats for people, I found the image of those crows on the fence to be the perfect reflection of what I do. I love creating something special that people can look forward to sharing with their own friends and family.
Crow on the Fence is a tribute to those daily visitors and a reminder that the sweetest relationships are built on one treat at a time! 🐦⬛
I highly recommend befriending your neighborhood crows, they are extremely intelligent and often misunderstood. Once a crow trusts you, you’ve made a friend for life!
