Owner retiring and wants to sell. We are located on the border of Charlotte, NC , in Fort Mill, SC. We have been in business for 4 years 5000sq ft,
With a lobby big enough to put games in, a banquet room and 16 lanes or 8 two person lanes. Wine, beer, seltzer and cider bar and even some props. A large part of our business is Team Building parties for large companies. Over 20k of marketable emails. Landlord is awesome to work with !
