He has steered the helm at the renowned JRDN restaurant and served as General Manager for the esteemed Camino Riviera Restaurant Group, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the culinary world.

Thomas's passion for hospitality shines through his dedication to excellence, a trait honed during his tenure at San Diego State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management.
