Here’s what happened
One of my Customer friends, made this cute thing for me and here’s why
Sept 15 ish I was gator hunting in central Florida, 2 am waste deep setting trot lines by myself like I’ve done 500 times,
I was tracking a big 13 footer, that’s been real sneaky, (the gator you guys eat on the food boat does not die of natural causes, I’m usually the last thing it sees. FYI
I had cuts on my legs minor scratches , from working on my ATVs iout there,
Next day, I woke up like I had, heat stroke, I knew I didn’t, I was isolated at my game ranch, put Anthony on yellow alert, which means something is physically wrong with me I have to check in every six hours or he comes and finds me with my tracker dying, pinned under my four-wheeler etc The vultures will eat you to the bone in one day. I’m talking frontier s**t Eco Lodge, Rambo land, the hunting camp that whole area
Next day I woke up, disorientated huge spider bites on my back I mean big fu***rs like half golf balls oozing, stood up to get out of bed,, knees buckled, collapsed, , and managed to get back up, went for a bottle of water. It puked it up immediately.,
called Anthony told him green light, that means come get me, mo********er I’m dying
Anthony drove 57 miles in 30 minutes
By the time he reached me, I was half coherent,
he had brought three long haired hippy friends, I early 20,s and 20 for a minute I thought I would be being fu***ng rescued by The Beatles, Jhon, Ringo, and Lennon , I mean all the kids look like the Beatles now
I puked my guts out 57 miles all the way to Broward General,
the nurse plugged me in said I’d be fine, I had heat stroke , you’re gonna be fine, honey we’ll get you right back in shape. Just put fluids in you ,
as soon as she looked at the vitals she started screaming I need a room, I mean, screaming,
I was dying , right there
They brought me into the emergency. Mri work goes up on the wall for like trauma. The doc looks at the real time screen and says
looks like you have stage four liver cancer and it’s spreading.
I replied impossible. I had a complete blood work $1500 physical exam two months ago., I even got the jelly finger,
he said wait, your white blood cell count is through the roof cancer doesn’t do that,
he said do you have any marks on your body? I said yeah I got bit by a recluse. Spider like four times on my back and I was laying on my back on the table wearing a shirt.,
he propped me up, flipped me over, pulled up my shirt gasped
He literally dropped me on the table he ran into a cabinet and started spraying his hands and his whole body with like stuff that smells like Lysol, and Jack Daniels, he hit a button weird lights went on. He ran out of the room. I saw yellow tape go over the door and they locked me in.
Hour later, the guys in the black jumpsuits stethoscopes , with the ET plastic helmets, the inflated yellow gloves come in, big yellow letters across the CDC which means “Center For disease control,”
I’m in and out semiconscious, they’re snapping their fingers, jay stay with us , can you hear us ? I nod
They pull out big spiral books Jay are you with you with us I nod my head better
when was the last time you were in Sierra Leone?

I say no , Central Florida. They pull out a big spiral book and a picture of Flordia. I pointed to where I was., right in the middle of nowhere,
They look at my charts they start arguing and all of a sudden what I’m yells
Chromo bacterium they are again and they all be compared notes and they all agree, you’re very sick, but we’re gonna get you better
Then they brought in barcode at IVs like an hour later, I was in ICU next day emergency surgery , inn3 days this fast moving bug ate the living s**t out of my internal organs , and only 3 days , my gallbladder was gone , my liver was in pieces , I woke up with 4 tubes coming out of me and stayed in ICU or 27 days, they pumped me for about 154 bags of antibiotics
A month Later , came out of their basically crawling on all fours like golem with the appearance the boy in the striped pajamas
I’ve lost 40 pounds, and I was already skinny when I went in, took me a month to be able to walk, better , it took me two months so I didn’t feel like I was fainting,
I pumped my body full of a bunch of steroids to make my muscles grow back,
It took me five months to be able to operate a boat safely
And here I am
So what I got fu**ed, which was ,,,,,,, was Chromo bacterium volitate , in Florida’s medical history, only 26 people of contracted it,
Like Twenty have died,
It’s very rare it’s natural occurring in nature that comes from the soil, by the way, botulism comes from the soil too, it’s extremely hard for it to enter your blood stream it was a fluke. It went through when the cut of my legs. Went directly into my bloodstream. And ate every vital organ it got to starting with my gallbladder which at ate in two days , which they had to take out ,
Those golf balls on my back weren’t spider bites, they were postuals almost identical to the bubonic plague,
it was rare very rare indeed, it appears the gods want me to suffer here and watch my friends, all die, and go to Valhalla, while I suffer, here but I’m here with the best friends imaginable, ,
normally someone would say they don’t deserve them, but I do, when things are good be a friend a friend would like to have, i’ve always treated friends kindly, enemies, without forgiveness.
and Anthony and my chick basicky slept at the hospital, because they were worried, and I was on more morphine than the Civil War soldier.
And apparently I’m a dick when I’m on morphine , so I wasn’t myself, they were there , apologizing to the nurses and to real me in with a steel cable , because I felt like I was being held hostage, and wanted to break out. But I would’ve been dead.
So I got out of the hospital. Went through minor morphie withdrawals. And then I had a date with five pills a day fr 60 days of the most miserable pills you could’ve imagined . the worst antibiotics you could ever take ., they fu**ed with my head made me suicidal, chewed my tendons to peices I mean, evil strong antibiotics, and there’s one antibiotic they could give me, because with my luck this s**t was heavily resistant to antibiotics, one of the reasons it’s fatal,
It’s been six months here. I am, ,,,,lucky you. lol
