We are writing this to inform all our loyal patrons, new and old friends and family, a significant transition that affects Dalia’s on the Hudson as some say ‘’ DAL’S’’.
Effective November 15, 2025, we will sadly be closing our doors. It has been a pleasure serving my dishes and Amber’s drinks to our customers, who became friends and family over the years, but it is time to say our goodbyes.
We are incredibly grateful for your support throughout the years, and we want to assure you that this decision was not taken lightly.
Due to multiple determining factors, it has become impossible for us to keep the business going.
WE TREASURE THE SHARED MEMORIES
WITH YOU ALL & APPRECIATE IT GREATLY!
We hope to open our doors again or allow another entrepreneur to open, should the circumstances allow. Until then, we want you to know how much we VALUE you as a customer.
These are exceptional times, and we are thankful for your patience and understanding. We would love to see all our supporters before we close our doors in the next coming weeks!
We will be running our normal hours until the 15th.

Once again, THANK YOU for contributing to the memories we've made at Dalia’s on the Hudson aka DAL’S. It has been an honor serving you.
