Whether you are diving into a bowl of clam chowder from Newport, or crushing a spicy fried chicken sandwich from Nashville, Chef/Owner Kevin Grossi’s menu has been crafted to take you on a culinary road trip focusing on the traditional staples that have come to define food, culture and community for people across America. Sourcing from Colorado farms and ranches, The Regional uses the very best ingredients, to be tasted in every bite. The Regional is a gathering place where together guests are able to share food traditions while exploring new ones as well. A place where everyone can feel at home.
