What an incredible afternoon exploring the rich flavors and history of El Dorado Rum at Domenic's Bistro & Wine Bar! Guests enjoyed a guided tasting featuring the El Dorado Rum lineup, including the 3-Year, 5-Year, 8-Year, 12-Year, and 15-Year expressions. Each pour showcased the unique craftsmanship, character, and complexity that have made El Dorado one of the world's most celebrated rum producers. Paired with chef-curated bites and great company, attendees experienced firsthand how aging and blending influence the flavors found in every glass—from light and approachable to rich and beautifully complex.
