The characteristically smooth trait that wheat delivers makes it all the way through to our final bottling. When we started Five Points Distilling, we decided that wheat would give us the quality we were looking for in our whiskey, which is why our distillery was custom-designed and built to produce wheat spirits. We have partnered with a local farmer to obtain all of the soft, red winter wheat that we use in our distilling process. From grain to glass, Lone Elm is authentic Texas whiskey!
