Happy Monday. We guess. At least the weather understood the assignment. ☀️

If you noticed we were suspiciously quiet yesterday... no post, no video, no nonsense... it's because we were still recovering from the weekend. Mentally, physically, emotionally. The weekend won. 🫠

But we're back. Slightly exhausted. Mildly under-caffeinated. Out of a few things. But back.

Tonight, Joe is whipping up a Crispy Chicken BBQ Melt with fries because apparently we're all still chasing the feeling of a Friendly's BBQ Chicken SuperMelt. 🤣 (iykyk)

What an absolutely INSANE (INSANE) night.

First, thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding tonight. If tonight was your first visit with us…please come back and try us again because tonight was VERY much not normal 🤣 Our team absolutely crushed it, but we got hit with a level of busy we did not see coming.

Ashley, Courtney, and Madi absolutely held down lunch and got us off to a strong start.

Then Dom…our heart and soul 🫶 came in on his ONLY day off to help us survive. And Anderson jumped from dish pit into his first solo night hosting and had things back under control in less than 20 minutes like he'd been doing it for years.

And Becca held down the bar madness while Ellie, Tonya, and Harlee spent approximately 5 straight hours speed walking, table touching, lap running, and somehow still smiling.

And Leni…there was not one second that grill wasn't completely loaded to the gills. There was confusion. There was chaos. There was just the right amount of yelling. Leni and Abby put their heads down and DID THE DAMN THING.

To our staff, thank you for showing up and giving us everything you had.

To our customers, thank you for hanging in there with us and being awesome.

We love you all.

Now we're going to go stare at a wall for a little bit and we'll see you back at it tomorrow at 11:30 ❤️

FRIDAY! 🎉
We made it. Somehow.

Even though it was a short week, it felt like it lasted approximately 6 months. But the sun is out, the weather is gorgeous, and we're choosing to pretend all our problems don't exist until at least Monday.

A huge welcome to all of the World's End Ultra runners and their crews! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Tomorrow is race day, and honestly, anyone voluntarily running 50K or 100K through these mountains deserves our respect... and probably a nap.

Tonight, we're keeping it simple:
🐟 ALL YOU CAN EAT FISH FRY
🍟 TWO sides 🍺 Cold drinks ☀️ Sunshine 😎 Good people

Leni and Sara are already in the kitchen and ready to roll.

And SURPRISE! RENAE is behind the bar tonight! We know. We were surprised too.

Brooke, Ellie, and Grace are on the floor. Shane will be directing tables, so if he points you somewhere, just go with it. He's still new and we're trying not to scare him away. 🤣

Dom is in the dish pit doing what Dom does best: making sure we don't run out of clean plates.

It’s Wednesday and somehow we already survived half the week. Honestly? Kinda impressive. 👏

Meanwhile Joe went completely rogue in the kitchen and now apparently EVERYTHING is a feature tonight. We tried to contain him. We failed.

We’re looking to add a few good people to our team for the summer and beyond!

🍽 Dishwasher
• 2 weekdays per week
• Every other weekend
• Great starter job for someone dependable and willing to work hard

📍 Host / Hostess
• Friday & Saturday nights (every other weekend)
• Occasional weekday shifts
• Perfect for a high school or college student with a friendly personality and good people skills

🔥 Line Cook
• Schedule varies
• Days, evenings, and some weekends
• Kitchen experience preferred and must be able to handle a fast-paced environment

We’re looking for reliable people who show up, work hard, and fit well with our team atmosphere. Restaurant experience is great, but willingness to learn goes a long way too.
