We’re incredibly grateful to be voted Best Mexican Food in Folsom for the 19th consecutive year. For a family-owned restaurant, this recognition means more to us than we can put into words.

To everyone who has walked through our doors, celebrated birthdays and milestones with us, shared meals with family and friends, or simply stopped in for your favorite margarita and tacos, thank you. Your support is the reason we’re still here 19 years later.

There’s something really special about seeing familiar faces come back through our doors. 🥑❤️

The Hitchcock family has been visiting Mexquite for years, and we’ve even had the privilege of catering for their family along the way.

Today they shared that after moving from San Diego, they spent four years trying to find authentic guacamole that reminded them of what they loved back home. Then they found us and the search was finally over.

Hearing things like that never gets old. We’re so grateful for the families who find us, come back, and make Mexquite part of their own traditions.🫶🏻🥑
