New menus this week! We curved away from lettuce based salads because the 🦌 deer wrecked our local lettuce source and we thought we’d take it as a challenge to create fun salads featuring our other local veggies! The Moroccan pasta salad with grilled paneer and Greek salads were a hit! Look for new ones to be developed each week until we are back in the 🥬 greens! Also… TOMATO TARTS ARE BACK!!!

Salad of the day/week is a hot honey mustard chicken & nectarine pasta salad! A composed salad of orzo pasta, pearl mozzarella, local nectarines, corn & basil, pickled onion, cucumber, paprika spiced roasted chicken and pumpkin seed - all dressing in house made hot honey mustard dressing.

Salad of the week is our black and blue salad!!! Local greens, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, house made pickled onions, blue cheese crumbles, sliced steak…. All topped with our homemade blue cheese dressing!!!
Pair it with our homemade soups or yummy appetizers!!

Salad of the week is a spring smoke trout salad- mix of arugula, quinoa, tri color couscous, green beans, radishes, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, house made pickled onion and smoked trout! I recommend Dijon vinaigrette but our green goddess dressing would@be amazing too!! See you tomorrow??
