Burgers, The B-Sides, and bacon! Oh my!

Tonight we’re serving up a Cheddar Bacon Cheeseburger with seasoned fries, featuring absolutely DELICIOUS, locally sourced beef from WS Cattle Co.! 🐄 and you better believe that you can taste the quality in those cows!

The B-Sides bring the jams at 6 PM, and people have been reserving tables all week!

Good beef, good beats, and a GOOD time! Come see us, y’all! ❤️

We are excited to host the second Flora 5K tomorrow, October 17 at 7:30am. With the funds raised through this event we are establishing a charitable Flora First Responders Fund to be made available for use by the town’s police and fire departments. We are particularly grateful to our host sponsor BankPlus (shout out to Shiloh!) and the T-Shirt gurus over at TeeWhites for their continued partnership in this event.

After the race, get ready for some hometown goodness (for real). We are offering "The 1886 Brew Brunch" at Parlor (4840 Main Street) starting at 9am. We are open to all but runners/walkers eat free.

After brunch, make plans to walk over and see the car show in the First Baptist church parking lot. Come back and watch college football with us and stay for Music on Main Street as we have…...the B-Sides starting at 6pm. I mean honestly. If you aren’t having fun you really aren’t even trying.

Other 5K Notes:

-Pick up race packets at the Depot between 6:45am and 7:15am.
-We can accept walk-up registrations until 7:15am. Cash or credit cards can be accepted. Although you can register on site, you can also still register in advance here: https://square.link/u/PLBAv9AM
-We have T-shirts!
-The race will start and end at the Depot. Start time is at 7:30am. End time another matter.
-The route is the same as last year (see attachment). We are using sawhorses with directional arrows on them to guide the way. There is a picture of them on the map.
-There is a water station at the halfway point.
-Top 3 Overall Finishers for Male and Female will be recognized.
-Keep an eye on the temperature - the forecast says 50 degrees at 8am!

We’ve got karaoke tonight, the return of our famous Parlor Burger 🍔, and plenty of friendly faces ready to welcome y’all!

We’ve almost made it to Friday y’all, and the best way to spend your Friday eve is with friends at the Parlor singing your favorite tunes! We have Thick As Thieves returning to bring the good times and energy starting at 6! 🎶🎸

9am-Brunch buffet for ALL, but only free for registered runners! 😋 Ginny is planning a fantastic menu and the bar will be OPEN for anyone who needs a refreshment post-run, beginning at 9! 🍻

9-2-Flora Community Car Show 🚘

6pm-LIVE MUSIC at The Parlor with the B-Sides! 💃 People are already getting their reservations for this, so give us a call or email [email protected] to make sure you get a table! 🎉

We will be open ALL DAY Saturday, so that y'all can enjoy all the festivities Flora has to offer. B**r buckets are $25, and football on TV ALL.DAY.LONG. 🏈 It's going to be a day full of FUN!!!! Can't wait to see y'all!

We have a NEW Operations Manager who can't wait to help you plan your holiday shindigs this season (intro coming soon)! Attention to detail will be paid, so all you have to do is sit back and enjoy your coworkers, friends, family or whoever else you choose to bring with you (if they are enjoyable 🤣)!
