Today we are introducing a beautiful new Pinot Noir to our wine collection! Penner-Ash winery nestled in Willamette Valley was founded in 1998 by Lynn & Ron Penner-Ash. This beautiful wine has been featured at White House State dinners.

You may have noticed in the last week that we’ve added an extra line on your bill that allows anyone to donate directly to our Aviation Maintenance Leadership Scholarship Fund.

In the last few months, we’ve raised almost 2k in donations and we now have another avenue to donate if you wish. We appreciate everyone’s support so far and excited in the continued investment into our youth!

We are excited to announce that our new menu will be available starting tomorrow! Our team has spent the last couple of months sampling new wines, spirits, meat and cheeses to ensure the quality you expect stays consistent.

We look forward to your feedback on the new additions. We are still evaluating one other new item that many have shared interest in. However, we are still working through some kinks but should be introduced soon.
